Our client is looking to recruit a Nursery Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Playing a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment that promotes children’s learning.
- Effectively managing the day-to-day running of the nursery, delivering outstanding standards of care and education in partnership with colleagues, parents, and children.
- Being accountable for meeting all objectives and nursery targets with a focus on both commercial and people aspects, ensuring the nursery is efficient and profitable.
- Leading the nursery team with a positive and passionate outlook, resolving conflicts effectively, and developing staff through professional development and performance monitoring.
- Maintaining minimum operating standards while embracing diversity.
- Inspiring, exciting, and challenging colleagues to deliver the best childcare and education.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years.
- At least two years of early years’ experience.
- Early years management experience is preferred.
- ICT qualification or strong knowledge of Microsoft applications is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted Early Education Inspection Framework.
