Job description

Tiny Tots Recruitment is thrilled to partner with an exceptional childcare provider in their search for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead their well-established, 47-place nursery in Baughurst.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of 19 staff members to deliver exceptional care and education.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the 47-place nursery, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement engaging learning opportunities aligned with the EYFS framework.
  • Safeguard and promote the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the setting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families, staff, and external agencies.
  • Drive quality improvements and ensure the nursery continues to achieve high standards.

Key Attributes and Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in early years settings.
  • Extensive knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices in childcare.
  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) is essential; Level 5 or above is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for providing outstanding childcare and leading a dedicated team.
  • A proactive and professional approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
