About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vibrant, caring, and high-quality early years setting. You’ll ensure outstanding care, learning, and development for children, while supporting and guiding a dedicated team of early years professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide leadership and management to a team of nursery staff.
2. Ensure the nursery meets and exceeds all regulatory and safeguarding requirements.
3. Develop and implement engaging learning programs in line with the Curriculum for Excellence and Realising the Ambition.
4. Maintain excellent relationships with parents, carers, and external stakeholders.
5. Manage nursery budgets, staff scheduling, and operational effectiveness.

About You:

• An appropriate Management Early Years qualification or working towards a management qualification is essential.
• Experience in a management or leadership role within an early years setting.
• A strong understanding of all curriculums, safeguarding, and nursery regulations in line with the Care Inspectorate.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and team-building skills.
• Passionate about providing a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children.
