Partou Roundhay Day Nursery & Pre-school in Leeds is seeking a part-time Lunchtime Cover Assistant (15 hours per week) to support our nursery team during lunch breaks. You will help children engage in activities and support their learning and development in line with the EYFS.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a busy nursery environment and wants to contribute in a supportive capacity, while building partnerships with families and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong EYFS knowledge is essential.
• Experience with early years development is beneficial.
• Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Support children’s learning and development during lunchtime periods.
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive environment and supervise activities.
• Liaise with families and nursery staff to ensure smooth lunch breaks.
