Bright Little Stars Stanmore is seeking a caring Lunch Cover Practitioner to join our warm team. This part-time role runs Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM–2:15 PM, 16 hours per week, and offers a supportive environment where children can feel safe and engaged at a busy time of day.

You will help create a calm, nurturing lunch period, support play and learning, and contribute to a positive, family-friendly setting with opportunities for training and progression.

Responsibilities

• Support children during the lunch period to help create a safe, calm and engaging environment.
• Assist with supervising lunchtime activities and play, ensuring the wellbeing of all children.
• Contribute to a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere and support staff during peak day parts.
