Nursery Learning Support Assistant

Job Title: Early Years Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: Nursery Class in a Primary School in Blackwood, Caerphilly
Contract: Temporary (Mon 28th April – Fri 18th July)
Hours: Afternoons only, 12.30pm – 3.15pm
Rate: Approx. £65 per day

We are seeking an experienced Early Years LSA to assist with our April risers in the Nursery class. The role will support children’s learning and development in a nurturing and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support children in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
* Assist with activities that promote early learning and development.
* Provide support during playtime and other daily activities.
* Work closely with the Nursery team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in Early Years or as an LSA.
* Passion for working with young children.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
