Job summary

Zero2Five Early Years Recruitment is seeking an experienced Nursery Leader to guide a community-focused nursery in Leeds. You will lead a dedicated team, champion play-based EYFS learning, and drive safeguarding and inclusion across the setting.

The role is full-time, all-year-round, with a leadership track and the chance to shape outstanding early years practice for children and families in the local community.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in early years or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of play-based learning and EYFS.
• Experience safeguarding, inclusion and SEND provision.
• Ability to build relationships with families and community.
• Oversee nursery operations, budgets and occupancy.
