Nursery Lead - Beautiful Buckinghamshire Primary School
Location: Buckingham
Daily Rate: £100-£120 (Depending on qualifications and experience)
Start Date: September 2025

Aspire is proud to be supporting a warm and welcoming primary school in central Buckingham in their search for a Nursery Lead to join their Early Years team.
This picturesque school provides education for children aged 2 to 11, with students organised into single-year groups from Nursery through to Year 6. The school is passionate about ensuring every child receives the best start to their learning journey.

About the Role
As Nursery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping early learning experiences, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to explore. The school is seeking someone proactive, energetic and hands-on - someone who thrives when rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in, without needing too much direction. This setting follows The Characteristics of Effective Teaching and Learning which is imbedded into the children's learning.

Requirements
* CACHE/NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Childcare is preferred
* Level 2 may be considered for candidates with proven leadership experience
* Strong understanding of EYFS and child development
* A genuine passion for early years education and learning through play
* Confidence in leading a small team and creating engaging learning environments
