Job summary

Fennies is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to support daily meal preparation in our nursery kitchens, helping to create nutritious, balanced meals for children who thrive on good nutrition.

No nursery experience required; we provide full training. You’ll work Monday to Friday, enjoy free daily meals, and grow with a friendly team committed to high standards of hygiene and food safety.

About the Role

As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the nursery kitchen, helping to create nutritious, balanced meals that support children’s health, development and enjoyment of food.

You will:

• Assistwith preparingfresh, healthy meals and snacks for children each day
• Maintainhigh standardsof food safety,hygieneand cleanliness
• Help with kitchen organisation,cleaningand stock rotation
• Support the Nursery Chef with food preparation and service
• Ensure all allergens and dietary requirements are followed carefully
