Finkley Hudson's Field Nursery in Salisbury is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to support our nursery team and keep everything running smoothly. The role requires 32.5 hours per week across weekdays and a strong focus on cleanliness and organization.

You’ll work as part of a friendly team, helping with housekeeping, lunch-time support, and general routines to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for children and staff alike.

Location: Salisbury

Hours: 32.5 hours a week over 5 days between 11am to 6pm

Salary: £12.71 per hour

The Role

We're looking for a reliable, organised Housekeeper to support our nursery team and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is all about supporting, serving, and keeping things running smoothly.

You'll be responsible for:

Housekeeping & Environment

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the nursery
• Clean and tidy rooms, communal areas, and kitchen spaces
• Support laundry, dishwashing, and general upkeep
• Help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

Supporting the Nursery Team

• Help staff during busy periods (especially mealtimes)
• Support routines and transitions where needed
• Work collaboratively with the team to keep the day running smoothly

Health & Safety

• Follow all health & safety and hygiene procedures
• Support infection control and cleaning routines
• Report any issues or concerns to the management team
