Affinity Workforce Solutions are recruiting graduate Nursery practitioners to join our supply team in the Milton Keynes area. This is a great time to join our team of agency workers as we are currently working alongside the Bright Horizons Trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering educational activities and interact with children to encourage their development

• Help maintain a safe and engaging learning environment.
• Ensure all safeguarding, health, and safety policies are adhered to.
• Collaborate with a committed team to provide the highest quality learning experience.
• Follow nursery policies and procedures.
• Be proactive and engaging!

Requirements:

• A recent graduate (ideally with a degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or something similar).
• Someone who genuinely loves working with kids and wants to make a difference.
• A team player with great communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Flexible, patient, and willing to learn.
