Position:Nursery Floater
Location:Brent, North West London
Hours:Flexible, part-time and full-time shifts available
Salary:Competitive, based on experience

About the Role

As a Nursery Floater, you will play a crucial role in supporting our nursery staff and ensuring smooth daily operations. You’ll provide cover during staff breaks and offer general assistance across all nursery rooms, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide flexible support across all age groups (babies, toddlers, and preschoolers)
  • Cover staff breaks, ensuring ratios are maintained at all times
  • Assist with daily routines including mealtimes, play, and personal care
  • Help set up and tidy away activities and resources
  • Support staff in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
  • Build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents

About You

  • Experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting (preferred)
  • Flexible, adaptable, and willing to help wherever needed
  • Friendly, approachable, and a great team player
  • Enhanced DBS check required (we can assist with this)
