About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the MiChild group. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Deputy manager to work at out beautiful Blackpool based nursery Newhouse. This role will be 50 percent room to drive quality within all rooms and role modelling outstanding practice daily and 50 percent office based as and when required to support the management team.

What We’re Looking For:
• Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised)*
• Demonstrates a robust safeguarding knowledge and awareness
• Has a detailed understanding of the requirements set by Ofsted
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and experience of working with children and families
• Previous room Leader/Deputy Manager experience working in a nursery environment
