Key Responsibilities
  • Safeguard the well-being of every child, staff member, parent, and visitor at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with the statutory EYFS framework across all areas of the nursery.
  • Assist in managing the administration of medication and keeping health care plans up to date for children or staff with health conditions.
  • Create stimulating, age-appropriate environments that foster developmental growth.
  • Lead by example with exceptional communication, impartiality, and consistency, earning the respect of both staff and families.
  • Inspire and motivate the team with fresh ideas and challenges, driving the nursery towards outstanding practice.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records relating to children, staff, and nursery operations.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the nursery, ensuring safety, well-being, and excellence in everything we do.
What We’re Looking For
  • Level 3 Childcare Qualification (essential)
  • 1+ Years of Early Years Experience (essential)
  • Strong Knowledge of the EYFS Framework and Regulatory Requirements (essential)
  • 1+ Years of Management Experience (desirable)
