Nursery Deputy Manager and Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioners

Tiny Tots Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a fantastic new Deputy Manager opportunity at a beautiful, long-established nursery in West Reading.

This Deputy Manager role is supernumerary, meaning you ll work across the nursery to support the staff and management team, have dedicated office/admin time, and be confident stepping up to run the nursery in the Manager s absence. We re looking for a passionate leader with strong EYFS knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a real drive to inspire and motivate a team.

Deputy Manager Role Requirements:

• Full and relevant Level 3 qualification or higher
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development experience
• Confident in safeguarding, child protection, and SEND practices
• Solid EYFS knowledge
• Experience contributing to successful Ofsted outcomes ("Good" or "Outstanding")
• Ability to build excellent partnerships with parents and external professionals
• Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
