Nursery Deputy Manager

They are looking to recruit a passionate and experienced Term-Time Deputy Nursery Manager to join their quality setting friendly team in helping shape the learning experiences for the children at the setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with children and their families
• Create a stimulating and safe learning environment
• Support daily routines and activities
• Promote the well-being and development of every child
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all safeguarding policies

Essentials

• Level 3/4 CACHE Childcare qualification or equivalent
• Significant experience of leading in a nursery.
• Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Knowledge of SEND, Autism, and speech & language skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
