Kido is a place where innovation and imagination unite to create modern Early Years settings. We’re looking for a Nursery Deputy Manager to join our team at Kido International Nursery & Preschool, Isleworth, TW7 4JU.

Overview

We are international, operating in India, USA and the UK. All our nurseries are Ofsted rated Good and Outstanding and are based in London and Windsor. We blend Montessori, Reggio Emilia, Waldorf Steiner approaches and have a unique curriculum for children aged 3 months to 5 years. Responsibilities
  • Lead from the front to ensure every team member aligns with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the welfare and safety of children and handle any child protection concerns with appropriate escalation and action.
  • Support the planning and organisation of staffing schedules and holiday rotas.
  • Handle administrative procedures, from registrations to place allocations.
  • Assist in assessing and recording children’s progress and achievements.
  • Support your personal development and the future career progression.
Qualifications
  • Relevant childcare qualification, level 3 minimum.
  • Experience as Room Leader, Third in Charge or a current Deputy Manager.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Right to work in the UK.
Additional Information

Salary up to £37,000 plus discretionary bonus. 40 hours per week.
