Job summary

RAFAKidz Wyton is seeking a Nursery Deputy Manager to support the Nursery Manager and help lead the team in delivering high-quality care for children at RAF Wyton.

The role can be 38 hours over 4 days or 40 hours over 5 days, with a salary around £33,217. Applicants should have strong Early Years knowledge and relevant qualifications, plus experience in a deputy or managerial capacity.

Responsibilities

• You will be working closely with Nicola, our Nursery Manager, to strengthen and grow the quality of our care and our team.
• You will bring strong knowledge of Early Years and the appropriate qualifications, with a nurturing personality and a desire to achieve the best outcomes for our children.
• Ideally you will have deputy or management experience and be able to cover the Nursery Manager role during holidays.
