The Learning Experience UK in Weybridge is seeking an experienced Curriculum Practitioner to lead the room’s curriculum in line with EYFS principles and to support children’s learning through play.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Early Years setting (Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, or Early Years Educator)
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for early childhood education
• A commitment to delivering the highest standards of care

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and evaluation of the room's curriculum in line with EYFS principles and the setting's curriculum intent.
• Ensure a clear progression of learning, building knowledge and confidence in the curriculum with the team.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment in line with EYFS standards.
• Monitor, record, and celebrate milestones in children's development.
• Communicate effectively with families to build strong relationships.
• Lead and support colleagues to maintain high-quality care and learning.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies.

Nursery Curriculum Practitioner at The Learning Experience UK

Nursery Curriculum Practitioner – Weybridge

Salary: Up to £30,000 per year (depending on qualifications & experience)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Location: Weybridge, Surrey

Eligibility: The successful candidate must have the legal right to work in the UK prior to commencing employment. Please note that this role is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future.

Your Role
