Job Description:

Axcis Education are working alongside a beautiful countryside nursery, on the outskirts of Kingskerswell in the Torbay Area, who are looking for a cook to prepare meals for the children. This is a part-time position, working between 10-15 hours on a Wednesday and Friday. Working hours are typically 8.30-1.30, but there is scope to increase this. The hourly rate of pay for this role is between £12.40-£14.00. The job specification for the position is outlined below: -Experience of preparing meals and snacks (no formal cooking qualifications required)- Passion for food and preparing meals.- Fantastic organisation skills- Excellent time-management skills- Must be a driver- Willingness to get a new DBS through Axcis education or have a DBS on the update service. This family run rural nursery is in a wonderful location which offers lots of rural walks and outdoor play in all weathers, the team are very motivated to create an atmosphere where the children can thrive and achieve their full potential.
