As a Nursery/Child & Family Practitioner, you will contribute to providing a safe, stimulating, educational and fun environment for children and families. You will promote the physical, social, emotional and intellectual development of children under five years of age through sensitive planning that responds to each child's individual needs, while encouraging their independence and development. Working as part of a dedicated team of caring professionals who are committed to improving the lives of young children and supporting their families, you will help ensure that our Children's Centre services are welcoming, accessible and enjoyable for local families. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents and partner organisations.
NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare, Child Development or an equivalent recognised qualification.
