Qualifications

  • Experience working with children from the age of 6 months to 5 years.
  • Understanding of EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
  • Good knowledge of safeguarding.

Requirements
  • Experience working with children from the age of 6 months to 5 years old
  • Good organisational, record keeping and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills with children, colleagues, advisors, and parents/carers
  • A good understanding of the EYFS
  • Understanding of Safeguarding
  • Good knowledge of Ofsted requirements
Responsibilities Include
  • Child Welfare & Safeguarding - ensuring all children are safe, cared for, and all aspects of their needs are met as per our safeguarding and health and safety policies.
  • Early years education - We want people who are excited by education, passionate about children, and can demonstrate that their knowledge extends beyond just the 7 areas of learning.
  • All operational policies and procedures / routines are delivered in line with guidance
