Job summary

Family First in Weybridge, United Kingdom, is seeking an energetic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our flexible Family First Flex team. You will support daily nursery tasks, contribute to EYFS activities, and help create a safe, nurturing environment across our nurseries.

The role offers flexible shifts, weekly pay, and a £500 joining bonus after completing 200 hours. You will benefit from ongoing training, safeguarding support, and opportunities across multiple locations.

Qualifications

What The Role Involves:

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience & Qualifications: We welcome candidates with a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ, CACHE or BTEC), ensuring a strong foundation in early years practices.
  
• Safeguarding: You must be committed to child protection and have a solid understanding of safeguarding practices to ensure a safe, nurturing environment.
  
• Communication: You should be able to communicate clearly and effectively with children, parents, and colleagues in both written and spoken English.
