Job summary

Family First in the United Kingdom is seeking flexible early years educators for the Flex team. You’ll work across nurseries with weekly pay and a £500 joining bonus after 200 hours, making a week’s pay for a full-time Level 3 practitioner. Training and support are provided, and you can tailor shifts to fit your lifestyle.

Applicants should be committed to safeguarding and able to communicate in English. This role offers variety across locations within the Family First network and opportunities

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework and early childhood education principles.
  • Experience in childcare settings is advantageous but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Cover daily nursery tasks to high hygiene and safety standards.
  • Engage and educate children using EYFS-aligned activities.
  • Prioritise safeguarding and maintain health and safety.

What The Role Involves:
  • Essential Cover: Step in to ensure that daily tasks such as hygiene maintenance and room setup are completed to the highest standards in our nurseries.

Who We’re Looking For:

Experience & Qualifications: We welcome applicants at all levels. While childcare qualifications or experience are an advantage, we are happy to provide training for those who are passionate about working with children.

Safeguarding: You must be committed to child protection and have a solid understanding of safeguarding practices to ensure a safe, nurturing environment.

Communication: You should be able to communicate clearly and effectively with children, parents, and colleagues in both written and spoken English.
