Job description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Bank Staff to join our Nursery. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-quality early years education provider, offering a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating environment where children LEARN, PLAY, and GROW.

This role requires a Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years.

Your Role

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to infants' developmental needs
  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment in line with EYFS standards
  • Monitor and celebrate children's developmental milestones
  • Communicate effectively with families to build positive relationships
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high-quality care and learning environments
  • Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection policies

What We’re Looking For:

  • Full and Relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar)
  • Driving license (preferable)
