Join our caring and dynamic team at Banana Moon Day Nurseries as a Nursery Bank Staff member! In this flexible role, you'll support our nurseries when needed, ensuring every child receives top-quality care and attention.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assisting in various rooms, adapting to the needs of each group as required
• Engaging with children through play and activities, supporting their emotional and educational development
• Helping with mealtimes and ensuring children are safe and comfortable
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and the nursery team
• Maintaining a clean and organized environment in line with health and safety procedures
• Following and promoting nursery policies and procedures

Requirements

• Experience working with young children is preferable but not mandatory
• Positive, flexible approach with a team-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with children
• Willing to cover various shifts and work on an ad-hoc basis
• Must be willing to complete a DBS check
