The Role:

As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll be nurturing the next generation of little learners. From helping with their ABCs to teaching them the joys of sharing, your day will be full of rewarding moments (and probably a few giggles too!). If you’ve got the patience of a saint and creativity for days, this job was made for you.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Creating a fun and engaging learning environment where tiny minds can flourish.
• Supporting children’s social, emotional, and physical development (think storytelling, singing, crafts, and the occasional dinosaur impersonation)
• Working as part of a caring team to ensure that every child feels safe, loved, and supported.
• Encouraging creativity, independence, and curiosity—because every day is a chance to discover something new!
• Building strong relationships with both children and parents to ensure smooth communication and happy learners.

What We’re Looking For:

• A CACHE Diploma in Childcare (or equivalent qualification) is highly desirable, but we’ll consider all levels of experience.
• A minimum of 6 weeks experience working with children—you know the ropes and are ready to dive into the fun!
• Enhanced DBS (because child safety is our top priority) and EWC registration (if you’re in Wales).
• Someone with a big heart, tons of energy, and a passion for making a difference in young lives.
