Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in dealing with children in a childcare/nursery environment is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and the ability to guide and support young students.
• Excellent English communication skills for parents, children and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist children with daily activities such as play, eating, nap and learning activities.
• Help deliver educational programs that enhance early childhood development.
• Supervise children at all times indoors and outdoors to ensure safety.
• Provide creative activities that foster curiosity and growth.
• Work with senior staff to assess progress and address individual requirements.
• Communicate clearly with parents and guardians about their child’s day and progress.
• Assist with nursery operations, including organising materials and maintaining a clean environment.
