Zusammenfassung

KAS International in London is seeking caring, enthusiastic Early Years Educators to provide a warm, safe and stimulating environment for young children. You will support learning through play, observe progress, and work closely with families and the nursery team.

The ideal candidate will hold a recognised Early Years/Childcare qualification and have EYFS knowledge, safeguarding understanding, and strong communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Recognised Early Years/Childcare qualification (e.g. Level 2/3, CACHE, NVQ).
• Experience with babies, toddlers or preschool children.
• Understanding EYFS framework, safeguarding, and child development.
• Warm, patient and nurturing approach with children.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with families.
• Commitment to engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.
• Safeguarding/first-aid training would be an advantage.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A recognised Early Years / Childcare qualification (e.g. Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Educator, CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
• Previous experience working with babies, toddlers, or preschool children in a nursery or Early Years setting
• A good understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and child development
• A warm, patient, and nurturing approach to working with children
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• A commitment to creating engaging, appropriate learning experiences
• Relevant safeguarding/first-aid training would be an advantage
