Job summary

Leeds City Council is recruiting a Nursery Assistant at Little Owls Nurseries in Leeds. You will deliver high-quality care and education to children, support families, and work as part of a team within term-time schedules and 37 hours per week.

The role includes training, career progression, and DBS checks. A minimum Level 2 childcare qualification and good literacy/numeracy are required; basic ICT skills are expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care and education for all children and support for families.
• Observe and monitor children’s development and contribute to reports.
• Liaise with parents, social workers and health visitors.
• Deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
