Nursery Assistant - Stockport

Academics is seeking Nursery Assistants to support nurseries across Stockport and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting Early Years children (0-5 years)

* Providing long-term or flexible cover, adapting to the specific needs of each nursery

* Being adaptable to different environments

* Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment

* Following daily routines and supporting mealtimes, toileting, and activities

* Working alongside nursery staff and following the guidance of the Nursery Manager

* Upholding high standards of safeguarding and child wellbeing

* Engaging children in early years learning through creativity, play, and care

Role Requirements:

* Level 3 Qualification or equivalent - desirable (Early Years Practitioner)

* SEN experience (desirable)

* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to process one)

* Right to work in the UK

* Previous experience working with young children
