Grandir UK Limited's Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Wellingborough is seeking a caring Nursery Assistant for lunch cover (11am-3pm), Monday to Friday. You will help care for children, support play, and contribute to a positive, safe nursery environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in early years settings preferred.
• Knowledge of EYFS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery.
• Support and supervise playroom staff with day-to-day duties.
• Deploy staff to ensure standards are delivered.
• Ensure nursery keycarer procedures are followed and allocate children to keycarers.
• Ensure EYFS requirements are met in practice and provision.
• Provide professional feedback to parents about their child.
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers.
• Develop positive working relationships with staff.
• Maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers.
