About the role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, the learning never stops. We provide opportunities to learn and develop the skills needed to build your career in our Little Pioneers nurseries. We seek a qualified professional to help us realize our vision of being the leading childcare provider.

Offering flexible, part-time work between 7am and 6.30pm, with options for 2-4 day weeks to suit your work-life balance.

What will the role involve?

  • Working alongside Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results for children.
  • Supporting the education and development of your key children through quality teaching and learning.
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver excellent care and early education, ensuring performance standards are met.

Who are we looking for?

  • Full and relevant early years qualification (essential).
  • Enhanced DBS check (costs covered).
  • Open, honest, and compassionate attitude.
  • Passionate about early years education and working with children.
