Job summary

Pippa’s House Day Nursery in Claygate (part of Grandir UK) is hiring a Nursery Assistant. You will supervise and support children, assist with activities, and help maintain a welcoming environment in a warm, supportive team. Salary up to £26,436 per annum, with regular pay reviews.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent.
• DBS check enhanced required prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support children at all times.
• Prepare and supervise activities under guidance of Level 3 practitioners.
• Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment for children.
• Read, understand and implement company policies and practices.
• Maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors and colleagues.
• Attend regular staff and planning meetings and undertake required training.
