GSL Education in Dudley is seeking a Nursery Assistant to join our expanding West Midlands team. You will support early years learners through play-based activities, stories, and creative games, helping to foster curiosity and confidence.

Shifts run 8:10 AM to 3:30 PM, with full training provided. No entry requirements are needed, but Level 2/3+ childcare qualifications are welcomed. Enhanced DBS check is required or can be held.

Qualifications

• No qualifications required for entry-level applicants, but Level 2/3+ childcare qualifications are welcome.
• Successful applicants must undergo Enhanced DBS check.

Responsabilités

• Guide children through daily play-based activities, storytelling, and creative games.
• Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and supervision throughout the day.
• Encourage positive social interaction, independence, and confidence in early learners.
• Collaborate with colleagues to track child development and communicate progress to parents.
