Job summary

Protocol Education Limited is seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our Islington early years team. This full-time placement runs Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, supporting children aged 0-5 with practical activities and a nurturing environment.

You will work with a welcoming school, coordinate with colleagues, and contribute to safeguarding and EYFS learning. The position offers ongoing placement with a supportive consultant and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare (or working towards one).
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Reliable, proactive and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Support daily care and education of children aged 0-5.
• Create a warm, welcoming environment for children and families.
• Assist with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities.
• Ensure health, safety and well-being of all children.
