Qualifications

• Erfahrung in der Kinderbetreuung oder Sozialarbeit mit Kindern.
• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein Verständnis des EYFS.

Job description

Academics are working with a private Nursery on the rural outskirts of Congleton that provides a safe, secure, and fun environment for children to reach their full potential. Each child is given opportunities to develop in different ways depending on their age, and we are eager to hear from Nursery Assistants who have a passion for Early Years.

This role starts in September and is contracted with Academics for 12 weeks. It will then transition into a permanent role with the Nursery from January onwards.

We would love to hear from you if you have experience in any form of childcare or social care involving children. The main requirements are a passion for working with children (plus experience) and excellent communication skills.

We offer a variety of long-term and daily supply roles to suit your circumstances.

Our Nursery Assistants must have:

1. Strong understanding of the EYFS
2. Excellent communication skills
3. A sense of humour
4. A passion for a career in childcare
