Job Description:

At The Marston Nursery in Marston Moretaine near Bedford, we are recruiting for Nursery Assistants to join our team, working as Bank Staff. This role involves supporting within the nursery as and when needed, covering staff holidays and sickness. This is a Zero hour contract with salaries offered up to £15.04 per hour depending on qualifications and experience, together with great benefits.

The Marston Nursery is a 101 place Nursery, a lovely purpose-built setting with a fantastic outdoor environment, based in Marston Moretaine, easily accessible with great transport links from Bedford and Milton Keynes. Requirements

As a Nursery Assistant (Bank Staff) you will:

1. Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development.
2. Enhance the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development.
3. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent, and visitor always.
4. Work within a team to support all children and team members within your room.
5. Ideally have an Early Years Qualification or experience of working with the Under 5s.
