Overview: At The Marston Nursery in Marston Moretaine near Bedford, we are recruiting Nursery Assistants to join our team as Bank Staff. This role involves supporting the nursery on an as-needed basis, covering staff holidays and sickness. It is a Zero hour contract with competitive pay up to £15.04 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience, along with excellent benefits.

About the Nursery: The Marston Nursery is a 101-place nursery, purpose-built with beautiful outdoor learning environments. Located in Marston Moretaine, it is easily accessible via transport links from Bedford and Milton Keynes. Part of CC Nurseries Group, it has an excellent reputation and offers great training, facilities, and the chance to deliver outstanding care for children.

Responsibilities:

• Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources suitable for children's age and development stages.
• Support children's physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, parents, and visitors at all times.
• Work collaboratively within a team to support all children and team members.
• Ideally possess an Early Years Qualification or experience working with children under 5.
