About The Role

As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating and nurturing environment where children can learn and develop. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging activities under the guidance of the Nursery Nurse/Room Leader.
2. Providing a safe, secure, and happy environment for all children.
3. Assisting with personal care routines, including feeding and nappy changing.
4. Encouraging children's social, emotional, and physical development.
5. Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
6. Maintaining a clean and organised learning environment.
7. Following safeguarding procedures and ensuring the well-being of all children.

What We Offer

1. Competitive Hourly Rates: Earn between £14.00 to £16.50 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications.
2. Flexible or Full-Time Hours: Choose the work pattern that suits your lifestyle. Full-time hours are typically 8:15 am to 3:30 pm.

Who We Are Looking For

5. The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
