About Early Years Ltd. is seeking a Nursery Assistant to join their private day nursery in Scunthorpe on a part-time basis with an immediate start. The role involves supporting play and learning activities, daily routines and the overall wellbeing of children across different age groups.

The successful candidate will have EYFS knowledge, experience in a nursery setting, strong communication skills, and a patient, caring attitude to thrive in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a nursery or Early Years environment.

Job Title: Nursery Assistant

Salary: £14.25 - £14.75 per hour

The nursery is looking for a Nursery Assistant to join them on a part-time basis for an immediate start. The successful Nursery Assistant will work across different age groups as required, supporting play and learning activities, daily routines and the general wellbeing of children throughout the nursery day.

The successful Nursery Assistant will have:

• Previous experience supporting children in a nursery or Early Years environment
• An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Confidence supporting children's play, learning and daily routines
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A flexible approach to working across different nursery age groups
• A patient, enthusiastic and caring attitude
