Job Opportunity: Band 2 Nursery Assistant

We are collaborating with a local NHS Trust seeking a Band 2 Nursery Assistant to join their nursery based in Reading.

What's on Offer:

• Location: A local nursery in Reading
• Rate of Pay: £13.40 per hour via Umbrella (negotiable depending on experience)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
• Contract: Initial 3-month contract with potential for extension

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain effective communication with parents, providing updates on children's progress and concerns.
• Monitor and ensure the safety of children at all times.
• Collaborate with nursery staff to create a positive, nurturing learning environment.
• Keep accurate records of children's activities, development, and incidents.
