Job summary

Flow Recruitment is seeking a Level 2 or 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a nursery on a part-time, term-time basis. Hours are 9:00am–1:00pm, Monday to Friday, in London. The role focuses on supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing in a safe, nurturing setting.

The successful candidate will work as part of a supportive team to provide high-quality care and engaging learning experiences for young children, with a commitment to safeguarding and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Qualified to Level 2 or 3 in Early Years/Childcare or holds a recognised full-and-relevant qualification.
• Caring, patient and enthusiastic about working with young children.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team.
• Able to communicate effectively with children, families and colleagues.
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.

• Provide warm, responsive and attentive care to children.
• Support children’s learning and development through play and planned activities.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
