Nursery Assistant

Primary School Role in Camden, North West London
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: 2,200 - 2,500 per month
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm

With an Ofsted rating of 'Outstanding,' this school is committed to providing young children with an inspiring and nurturing start to their educational journey.

About the Role:

This full-time Nursery Assistant position will involve working with children aged 3 to 5 years old. You will support their development through creative play, early learning activities, and personalised attention that meets each child's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and support play-based learning that is responsive to the interests and developmental stages of young children.
• Observe and track children's progress, contributing to early assessments and goal-setting.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating, and supportive nursery environment, ensuring children thrive emotionally and socially.
• Build strong and positive relationships with parents and carers, sharing updates and milestones regularly.
• Ensure a high standard of care and hygiene is upheld in the nursery setting at all times.

About You:

• Previous experience as a Nursery Assistant or working in a similar Early Years setting.
