Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 qualification in Childcare or related field.

• Collaborate with the wider nursery team to share best practices and help improve service.

• Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing environment by following all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families, fostering a sense of trust and open communication
• Collaborate with the wider nursery team to share best practices, provide feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service
• Undertake any additional duties as required to support the smooth and efficient operation of the nursery
