Job summary

Nuffield Health's Nuffy Bear Day Nursery in Crawley is recruiting a Nursery Assistant for a permanent, full‑time position (£27,248 per annum, 40 hours per week). You will support high‑quality care, education, health and wellbeing for children aged 3 months to 5 years, within a small team at the gym nursery.

A Paediatric First Aid qualification is preferred but not essential; an enhanced DBS check is required.

• Teamwork within a small nursery team.

Our Nuffy Bear Day Nursery is seeking a Nursery Assistant to be based in our Nuffield Health gym. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of the brilliant nurseries inside the UK’s largest Healthcare Charity. We’re Ofsted registered and we follow the Early Years Foundation Stage. We offer a unique range of wellbeing care for children helping them to achieve the best possible start in life.

As a Nursery Assistant, you already understand how to communicate with young children and you want to work in a nursery setting. Ideally, you have a Paediatric First Aid qualification, but this isn’t essential. As part of your application for this role, you will require an enhanced DBS check.

As a Nursery Assistant, you will:
