Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd in Chelmsford is seeking a dedicated Nursery Assistant / Trainee Nursery Nurse to join our friendly early years team. This role offers hands-on experience with the EYFS, supported training, and a clear pathway to recognised childcare qualifications.

You will work as part of a nurturing team, help deliver engaging activities, support children's learning and wellbeing, and develop your childcare knowledge through on-site mentoring and funded development opportunities.
