Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the smooth daily operations of the nursery, including play activities, learning sessions, and meal routines.
• Help deliver and plan activities that support children's physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development.
• Ensure the safety and welfare of all children under your care.
• Build strong relationships with the children, fostering their independence and confidence.
• Collaborate with nursery staff to create a positive, inclusive environment.
• Assist in keeping the nursery clean and organised, contributing to a healthy and welcoming space.
• Track children's progress and share updates with parents and carers regarding their development.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or early years environment is highly preferred.
• A compassionate, patient, and supportive attitude toward children.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
