Randstad Education is collaborating with a well-established nursery school in Bognor Regis to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant for afternoon support.

About the Role:

* Schedule: Part-time, term-time only (Afternoon hours)
* Role: PPA cover - supporting Keyworkers during their non-contact/paperwork time
* Contract: Temp to Perm
* Salary: NJC Grade 3 (GBP12.45 per hour)
* Impact: Play a key role in creating a positive and engaging learning experience for 3-4-year-olds.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with teachers and staff to maintain a supportive and consistent care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with various activities, including playtime, mealtimes, and early learning experiences.
* Help create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for young children.
* Provide individualized care and support children's personal needs.
* Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of the nursery.
