Play B C Preschool (Training with Swift Childcare) in Carshalton is offering a Level 3 Early Years Apprentice position. You will undertake a structured apprenticeship to gain a Level 3 Early Years qualification while supporting children's learning through play.

The role is on-site, with remote learning elements and on-site mentoring. The apprenticeship lasts 14 months, with an apprentice rate of £8.00 per hour and increases after 12 months.

Formación

• GCSE Maths & English at grade C/4 or Functional Skills Level 2.
• Demonstrated passion for working with children and a patient, caring attitude.
• Reliable, positive and a team-focused mindset.

Salary: From £8.00 per hour (Apprentice rate, rising after 12 months)

Programme: 14 months

About the Nursery

Play B C Preschool operates across two well-established sites in Carshalton and Wallington. The nurseries care for children aged 3 months to 5 years, including a dedicated under-2s area. Open 51 weeks a year (8am–6pm), the settings provide a nurturing environment where children learn and thrive through rich, engaging experiences.
